Contract Golf Course Maintenance is a complete maintenance solution partnership where the entire maintenance operation is turned over to our professional team. This includes all purchasing of materials and supplies, “the handling of all labor and associated payroll taxes and burden as well as any equipment needs.” Simply put, you write on or two checks per month and everything else is up to our team.
A detailed proposal outlining all aspects of these services and specifics dedicated to your site will be provided and used as a guide to the agronomic operations required.
At CGCS, we believe that understanding the expectations of the customer is paramount for a successful maintenance operation. Assisting in the development of the maintenance guidelines while understanding the needs of the course and related business environment will ensure that a clear understanding between the club and maintenance provider is assured. This is only accomplished by a comprehensive maintenance evaluation, a thorough time and motion study, “and accurate assessment of the needs of the clients.”
Current and past management programs will be evaluated and adjusted to current technology and course needs. This will be accomplished by taking and reviewing soil and tissue tests, acreage analysis, looking at the equipment inventory and condition, and asset assessment of the course.
